Abstract We consider a nonlinear Neumann problem, with periodic oscillation in the elliptic operator and on boundary condition. Our focus is problems posed half-spaces, but general normal directions that may not be parallel to of periodicity. As frequency grows, quantitative homogenization results are derived. When homogenized rotation-invariant, we prove Hölder continuity data.
